Celebrity Outfit of the Week.

Finally I'm back! Sorry but I just couldn't find a celebrity outfit that I liked. I had been keeping an eye on celebrity websites but all I kept seeing were skinny jeans and a tank top or jean cut-offs and a tank top. Not that there's anything wrong with it, I myself go to my favorite denim pieces when I get up every morning but it all just looks like the same outfit, just with 2 million different people wearing it. I understand it's hot outside and it's summer but you gotta keep it original!

Anyways finally someone broke the mold. This week's celebrity outfit comes from Selena Gomez.

In a sea of denim cut-offs and t-shirts, Ms. Gomez stands out. Her outfit screams freshness to me and I just love long dresses and skirts. I probably would have worn sandals instead of flats but overall I like her outfit. I am especially in love with her purse! .. speaking of purses, last week while shopping at Marshall's I found the perfect, most beautiful Michael Kors tote bag. It was dark blue which I think would go with anything and big enough for me to take to school instead of a backpack. Then I looked at the price and my heart broke a little lol. It was crazy expensive! .. plus now that I think about it, it was probably real leather too so I'm glad I didn't buy it.

But back to the outfit! A long dress is a great way to stay fresh in the California heat but at the same time look stylish. She probably would have looked better without the t-shirt thingy on top but I'll take it just because I was desperate to find something I liked. The aviator sunglasses finished her look and added that "I'm famous" touch.

So what do you guys rhink of the outfit? Are you like the rest of us that just wears demin shorts practically all summer?

Until Next Time,

XXX.

Mischief Managed.. My childhood is officially over.

I just finished watching the last, EVER harry potter movie. EVER! .. I am very, very sad about it. Does it make me lame and a nerd? Yes, yes it does. But I can't help it, it's how I feel.

I honestly feel .. Well I can't really even explain it. I think the word that comes closer is lost. That's it I feel lost now. For half my life I have been loyally waiting for either the next book or the next film and now I don't know what to wait for anymore.

Harry Potter was more than a bunch of books to me. I feel like Harry was my one, true companion throught my whole awkward pre-teen and teenage years. When I felt more alone I would just open a book and escape to Hogwarts. When I felt that nobody cared about me I would read about Harry and how brave and good he was despite the fact that he had no parents.

You see, Once upon a time, there was a 12 year old girl that had to leave her parents behind. This girl felt so alone in the world that she would lose herself in books just to pretend her life was different, that her life was happy. Then one day she read this story about a boy, a year younger than her that had it all worse than she did. He didn't have his parents with him either you see but unlike the girl he was also mistreated by his aunt and uncle. Then one day everything just changed for him when he was told he was a wizard. The girl was fascinated with the boy's story because she could relate to him so much. Like she had never been able to relate to anyone or anything else before. I was that one lonely, awkward 12 year old girl, and this is how my love for Harry Potter began. Since that day I haven't been able to stop reading about or watching Harry grow up. In a way I feel like we grew up together, him and I.

So now I thank you J.K. Rowling for giving me this magical world where I could escape to, no, where I DID escape to for the last 10 years of my life. And I thank each and everyone of the actors that did a remarcable job at portraying my favorite characters. I am sure I will revisit howgwarts many times again for years to come. But for now all I can say is .. Mischief Managed!

You know.. I think Bill Maher's got a point...

I'm just laying here in bed with the worst flu symptoms I've felt in a while thanks to the fact that my immune system is as weak as they come *sigh* .. so I've been watching youtube videos all day. Right now it's a Bill Maher documentary called Religulous. I've seen it before but I just wanted a good laugh so I'm re-watching it. If you haven't seen it I definitely recommend it. It is a documentary on religions and the crazy things that people believe.

I love the way he questions people until they don't know what else to say! Plus I'm pretty sure that guy claimming he was "cured" from being gay was flirting with Bill at the end of their interview lol.. This is by far one of my favorite documentaries. I think Bill does a great job at raising all this questions about different religions, he is not just focused on one, or bashing all religions for believing crazy things.

This is as far as my mind will go today so I'm off to get a little rest now, hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. Btw I know I haven't done the celebrity outfit this week but I haven't seen any good outfits so far. Will keep looking tomorrow.

XXx.

This makes NO sense!!

Have you guys been following the Casey Anthony case? Ugh I just cannot believe she was not found guilty. I mean she practically lied throughout the whole trial and nobody could explain the smell in her car nor the body found near her house. It just doesn't make any sense to me! She has guilty written all over her ugly forehead (Sorry I'm mad) .

Although, if I had to blame someone for the lack of justice it would be the prosecution. They did a wonderful job at proving Casey was a horrible human being yet they did a crappy job at providing the evidence needed to prove she committed the crime. They focused on the wrong thing and thus the case was lost. I think if they had looked, really looked they would have found tons of evidence at least of child neglect and then the defense would have no way of winning because it is obvious to me she is guilty.

It kinda makes me wonder what the world is comming to... ^~^

Did you guys follow the case? Or did you at least know what the case is about? Do you think she is innocent?
